Bitcoin ETFs Turn Positive Again as Institutional Demand Shows Signs of Recovery

US spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded their first weekly net inflows since May, ending a streak of persistent outflows. The shift suggests institutional investors are gradually returning as market sentiment begins to stabilise.

ETF flows often provide an early signal of institutional confidence. Fresh inflows don't guarantee a sustained rally, but they indicate that long-term investors are becoming less defensive.

The improvement comes as markets continue to assess the Federal Reserve's policy outlook and broader macroeconomic conditions. A more stable interest rate environment could encourage additional capital to flow back into risk assets, including cryptocurrencies.

From a technical perspective, Bitcoin is holding above a key support zone, keeping the broader recovery intact. A move above the recent swing high would strengthen bullish momentum, while a break below support could trigger another round of profit-taking.

For now, ETF flows will remain one of the market's closest-watched indicators. If inflows continue to build in the coming weeks, they could provide a stronger foundation for Bitcoin's next move higher.
